1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AccGo.in ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AccGo.in is a cloud-based accounting, billing, and inventory management software designed for Indian businesses. The Service allows you to create invoices, manage expenses, track payments, generate GST reports, and manage your business finances.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- One person may not maintain more than one free account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Free and Paid Plans
- Free Plan: Provides access to core features at no cost, forever. No credit card required.
- Paid Plans: Offer additional features such as advanced reports, multi-user access, and priority support. Prices are displayed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.
- Paid subscriptions are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
5. Your Data
- You retain full ownership of all data you enter into AccGo.in.
- We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your business data.
- You can export or download your data at any time.
- We will not access your data except for providing the Service, troubleshooting issues you report, or as required by law.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal activity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with advance notice when possible. We are not liable for any loss resulting from temporary service unavailability.
8. Intellectual Property
The AccGo.in platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of AccGo.in. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
AccGo.in is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time from the settings page.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, allowing you to export your data.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
